Frequently Asked Questions
For wedding invitations, we recommend placing your order 4-6 months in advance of your big day. This allows plenty of time for proofing, guest addressing, suite assembly and shipping. This also factors in the time you'll want to give your guests to RSVP.
For standard party invitations, we suggest ordering 2 months out from your event.
We always suggest ordering an additional 10 invitations in case there are any mailing mishaps or last minute add-ons to your guest list.
We do, however, acceptance is based on availability. You can submit your inquiry on our Contact page.
Absolutely! ALL wording on our templates is placeholder. A number of our customers have used Party Invitation templates for their wedding invites. Some of our Reception Cards have been used to provide a website or information pertaining to travel and accommodations instead.
We do suggest keeping your wording as concise and to a similar format as our templates so that your text fits well within the layout of the design.
Yes, we do offer partial customizations to existing designs! It's an additional $125 for color changes and reworked compositions and an extra $425 to replace existing graphics (e.g. adding sunflowers in place of the peonies in our Paradise Found collection). We recommend setting your RSVP deadline to 3-4 weeks before your wedding date. This gives you time to contact those who have not responded, provide venue and caterer with final headcount, and order place/escort cards. Giving your guests a month to reply is ideal.
All proofs are digital. We strongly recommend purchasing our Sample Kit to get a sense of paper stock and print quality.
We offer 2 free rounds of digital proofs. Any revisions made beyond that are $25 per round, with changes limited to wording and fonts. Edits to layout or design will incur a higher fee, which will be determined by the level of complexity at the time of the request.
We do not. While we will call out any obvious errors that we spot, it is your responsibility to make sure your i's are dotted and your t's crossed. We will not reprint orders for free because there's a typo. For this reason, we strongly recommend you have your invites reviewed more than once and by a handful of people.
We understand mistakes happen. While we cannot offer a free reprint, we can provide a 10% discount for a revised batch.
Unfortunately, we do not sell files. This is to protect us from having our hard work reused or repurposed without our consent.
There is a $45 fee for orders cancelled before design for the first proof has commenced. Cancellations made during the proofing process will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders that have been approved for print.

If you're ordering postage stamps, please note that we ship through a third party USPS approved vendor with an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days. Because this is not guaranteed, we recommend ordering well in advance.
